Where does our water come from?

At the end of last term year 2 was lucky enough to have one of our loved ones Joe come in to talk to us. He works for icon water and explained where the water that comes to school and our homes come from.

 We saw Cotter Dam being constructed. It only took two minutes to watch yet four years to build!

We learnt they add chlorine and fluoride to the water.

We learnt what happens to water when we have finished using is and it goes down the drain.
